2024년 8월 26일, 두피 및 탈모 케어 전문 기업 닥터스칼프는 말레이시아의 선도적인 뷰티 그룹 R Beaute를 대상으로 한 

온라인 교육을 성공적으로 마무리했다. 

이번 교육은 지난 7월 닥터스칼프와 독점 유통 계약을 체결한 R Beaute의 CEO Roy Kow와 6명의 교육팀이 참석한 가운데 진행되었다. 

이번 교육을 통해 양사는 더욱 긴밀한 협력을 다지며, 말레이시아 시장에서 닥터스칼프의 전문성과 제품을 더욱 효과적으로 확산시킬 수 있는 기회를 마련했다.

두피 교육 전문가 이수정 전무의 AI 아바타가 직접 중국어를 구사하며 교육을 진행함으로써, 

통역 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 시간 지연과 집중력 저하 문제를 해결했다. 이 혁신적인 접근은 수강생들의 호평을 이끌어냈으며,

On August 26, 2024, Dr. Scalp, a specialist in scalp and hair loss care, 

successfully completed an online training session for Malaysia's leading beauty group, R Beaute. 

The training session was attended by R Beaute's CEO Roy Kow and a team of six trainers, 

following the exclusive distribution agreement signed between Dr. Scalp and R Beaute in July. 

Through this training, both companies strengthened their collaboration, 

creating an opportunity to more effectively spread Dr. Scalp's expertise and products in the Malaysian market.

Dr. Scalp significantly enhanced the quality of the training by incorporating the latest artificial intelligence (AI) technology. 

Unlike traditional in-person training methods, this session was conducted online, considering time efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 

This allowed for a systematic delivery of essential information, including detailed product composition, ingredients, and usage instructions.

Notably, the AI-powered training focused on delivering more information with greater accuracy. 

An AI avatar of Dr. Scalp’s scalp education expert, Executive Director Crystal Lee, conducted the training in Chinese, 

eliminating potential time delays and loss of focus that could occur during translation. 

This innovative approach received high praise from the participants, with the realistic lecture by the AI avatar leaving a strong impression.

Additionally, during the training, a live Q&A session provided in-depth answers to additional questions, enhancing the understanding of the products.
