2023년 4분기부터 닥터스칼프는 세계에서 가장 넓은 영토를 자랑하는 러시아와의 협력을 계획 중이었다. 

이 시기에 러시아 현지에서 화장품 및 건강 제품을 유통하고 있는 SOHO 그룹에서 

두피 제품에 많은 관심을 갖게 되어 먼저 파트너십 제안을 해왔다.

이번 미팅에서는 양사의 경쟁력에 대하여 확인하고, 비즈니스 파트너십의 가능성에 대하여 논의가 진행되었다. 

닥터스칼프는 독보적인 시스템 및 제품에 대해 설명하고 다양한 비즈니스의 솔루션에 대한 제안을 하였다.

 

미팅을 계기로 SOHO 그룹에서는 닥터스칼프의 두피 & 탈모 케어 프로그램에 대하여 더욱 많은 관심을 갖게 되었고, 

닥터스칼프의 우수한 제품들을 러시아 및 유럽에 유통하기 위해 빠른 시일 내에 파트너 십을 체결하고자 하는 적극성을 표현했다.

and expressed its willingness to sign a partnership as soon as possible to distribute DR.SCALP's excellent products to Russia and European countries.
